1. Service Delivery
1.1 Professional Services
- Advisory and consulting services are delivered remotely via scheduled video calls
- All sessions are scheduled in Eastern Time (ET)
- Materials and deliverables are provided digitally
- Access to resources is granted upon payment confirmation
1.2 Digital Products
- Program materials are delivered via specified digital platforms
- Content access duration is specified in product description
- Technical support is provided via email
1.3 Media & Sponsorships
- Sponsorship deliverables are executed as per signed insertion orders
- Publication/air dates are confirmed in writing
- Performance reports are delivered within 7 days of campaign completion
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Consulting Services
- 24-hour notice required for session rescheduling
- Missed sessions without notice are forfeited
- Long-term engagement cancellations require 30-day written notice
- Emergency rescheduling is evaluated case-by-case
2.2 Group Programs
- Cancellation available up to 7 days before program start
- Program transfers available with 14-day notice
- No-shows do not qualify for make-up sessions
- Early termination terms specified in program agreement
2.3 Sponsorships
- 7-day notice required for campaign cancellation
- Rescheduling subject to availability
- Cancellation fees may apply as per insertion order
- Emergency cancellations handled case-by-case
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Professional Services
- Full refund available before first session delivery
- No refunds for delivered services
- Unused prepaid services refundable at company discretion
- Partial refunds for incomplete milestone deliverables
3.2 Digital Products
- 48-hour cooling-off period for digital programs
- No refunds after content access is granted
- Technical issues addressed via support before refund
- Pro-rated refunds for system-wide technical failures
3.3 Sponsorships & Media
- Non-refundable once campaign starts
- Pro-rated refunds for undelivered placements
- Make-good placements offered for technical issues
- Full refund if campaign cannot be executed as sold
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Service Fees
- All fees are in USD
- Payment required before service delivery
- Multiple payment options available as specified
- Late payments subject to service suspension
4.2 Subscription Services
- Recurring payments processed automatically
- Cancellation stops future billing
- No refunds for partial period usage
